To access your account, choose the login option.   You are assigned a User ID and PIN for first-time access to your account:

 Role

 User ID

 PIN

 Plan participant

Social Security Number

PIN identified in your online access letter

 Broker

Social Security Number

PIN identified in your online access letter

Plan sponsor, TPA, broker firm employee, vendor, auditor, consultant

  • Social Security Number, or  
  • Hartford-assigned ID

PIN requested on your security request form (if submitted) or provided by your Hartford representative.

 

Enroll

Electronic enrollment may be an option in your plan.   Use the information below to help you decide if it is available to you.

Available if:

Steps for enrolling

Your plan offers electronic enrollment

OR

You've been automatically enrolled in your plan AND want to make a change or changes before your enrollment/plan entry date

  1. Obtain your electronic enrollment user ID and PIN:
    • User ID = Your Social Security Number
    • PIN = Personal Identification Number contained in the Guide to Using The Hartford's Electronic Enrollment section of your enrollment book
  2. Enter your User ID and PIN on the Enroll page

Not available if:

Steps for accessing your account

Your plan does not offer electronic enrollment (see your benefits manager to enroll)

OR

You've been automatically enrolled in your plan AND it is after your enrollment/plan entry date (access your account using these steps)

  1. Obtain your online access User ID and PIN:
    • User ID = Your Social Security Number or Hartford-assigned ID
    • PIN = Personal Identification Number contained in your online access letter
  2. Enter your User ID and PIN on the Login page
